Killer value. I'm a 24 year old bachelor guy which means I eat a *lot* of food, and I came away from this thing stuffed. In fact there were some leftovers to take home, although I didn't get to enjoy them because I left them unattended on my kitchen counter for 12 seconds, which is 10 seconds longer than it takes my lab mix to get his crafty paws up there and start chowing down. It really bummed me out because the food was suuuuuuuper tasty. But I'm happy for the little fella.Written on May 17 2010
It's billed as a walking tour and says to "wear appropriate shoes" or something, but there's not much walking involved. You hit up two restaurants in a shopping plaza. Then a bakery about a block away, then across the street, then back to the plaza. It's probably about a half-mile of walking total. So feel free to wear your flip-flops, your knees won't punish you.
This event is a lot of fun, but it's even better if you go with a bunch of people you know. Especially if someone's brave enough (ahem, like me :) to try the chicken feet. So call up your friends for this one.
As other reviewers have said, Nicole, our guide, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Apparently Six Tastes has several food tours. Based on the quality and value of the Chinatown food tour, I will *definitely* check out the others.

Nicole was informative, entertaining, and kept us on schedule. All eight of us had an enjoyable time and I'll certainly return to several of the establishments now that I know about them.Written on May 03 2010

We had TWO fabulous guides!!) were extremely knowledgeable and both had great personalities which added to the fun! Food was delicious and plentiful! Don't miss this tour!Written on Sep 27 2010

This tour had great food, a great guide (Judy) and fun people.Written on Sep 13 2010
Since I grew up in this area 50+ years ago it was a very different neighborhood. Judy made us feel at home. Something that probably would not have happened had we went on our own
