The Voca People are a truly unique ensemble of vocal performers. For them, music is life and life is music. These white-clad, red-lipped entertainers claim their origin is a far-off planet where the inhabitants communicate in sound. They have come to earth to savor our wide repertoire of musical entertainment and in turn to entertain us with their lively, improvisational show which is tailored especially to each audience and features over 70 a cappella and beat box versions of popular songs in a range of genres, including favorites from Madonna, Queen and even Mozart.

This show was hilarious and I highly recommend it. I was skeptical at first because of the weird appearance of this group but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment the show begun. I took my non-English speaking family to see it and they loved it!!! Good for all ages, for all cultures. Warm, funny, amazing singing. FUN!

We all had a great time! The show was creative and the voices and vocal sound effects were amazing. One word of caution...there were a few parts of the show that crossed the line with sexual innuendo (more than just a mild reference- which would have been O.K.). We had two ten year olds with us (and there were plenty of other young kids in the audience) and it was uncomfortable!

The voices were specatacular!! I could have listen for at least another hour or 2. Time went by too fast. The only thing I didn't care for was the audience participation aspect. Too kitchy.
Other than that it was a great night of entertainment!! I recommend to anyone who loves great singing.
