I sat there and watched all these smug, self satisfied subscribers look at each other with this "I *got* it, didn't you? Aren't we special" look.

Newsflash - the... continued

Just not a professional play. I felt as if I were at a high school event. Not up to the usual Steppenwolf standard.

We walked out at intermission. The writing was horrible, the acting was horrible - don't waste your time or money on this.

A bit out there but very entertaining. Actors did a wonderful job with their roles. We had great seats.

So beautifully done. It's actually the second time I saw it.

Would not recommend "Dead Man's Cell Phone." Very disjointed, although it had a few humorous lines. The play is just not very engaging.

It had a few really good scenes, but overall, it was uneven. Some scenes seemed unfinished; the actor playing Jean was over-the-top in her performance (which I thought made her unbelievable).

The visuals are fabulous. The play itself is a fairy-tale for adults, with strong moralizing themes. If you're into that sort of thing, guess it was okay.

The language was terrible and really didn't add anything to the dialog. We found the play boring and left at intermission. I expected to laugh and have a good time - I... continued

First act was very good, but second act dragged A LOT. It also wandered too much.

Well acted play.
The soliloquy in the 2nd act could have been shortened or eliminated.

The title of this show is great-I couldn't wait to see it. The show itself was quite a let-down, though. The first act was kind of funny in an awkward way-if you like... continued

A very interesting idea for a play. The staging was very creative and good, and the actors were good, but the play really struggled with tone and consistency. Some of... continued

This play gets high marks for it's originality!

The cast is engaging and entertaining, and you feel yourself rooting for them all. Humor is sprinkled throughout the play....and true to Steppenwolf it was an all-over great experience.

Amusing production that lacked that certain spark. Great cast and performance.

I was sorely disappointed with this play. I believe most of the patrons sitting near me felt the same, as I heard grumblings..."this is just awful", "this is too weird",... continued
