FANTASTIC SHOW! This one could easily be a "must-see" for anyone who lives great suspenseful entertainment...but leave the kids at home since there is a bit of profanity. This is one of David Mamet's best pieces in a long, long time.

LOVED "RACE". Great acting, wonderful stage tension between the characters, great theater setting. The play provoked a lot of conversation about race, and prejudice, and... continued

Mamet's plays always have twists that provoke thought, this one was no exception. I did find a lack of nuance and a huge dose of cynicism that painted a broad brush... continued

Mamet dialogue at its best performed by a stupendous cast, thoroughly engaging. If you like Mamet, you'll love this.

I bought $5 balcony seats for the play and ended up on the mezzanine. The seats were WONDERFUL and a total steal. The A.C.T lobbies and bathrooms seem to have been... continued

This is a very solid Mamet production. Typical Mamet "F-bomb"-fest. The staging was very good. The acting was good but a bit too one-note. I would have liked to see a bit more inflection in the performances. But all in all a good production.

very well written and excellently acted. we talked about it quite a while after its completion. we had differing interpretations of the play, racism is a heavy topic so it wasn't an up play as much as thought provoking.

Simply put, this is one of the quickest moving, well-written and acted, thought-provoking pieces i've seen in a very long time. Thanks to everyone who made this happen so seamlessly. ~steveT

ACT did not disappoint with this play. The acting was superb. Some might be uncomfortable with the subject matter, but we need to be aware of prejudice in our society, look at it in the face, in order to change for the better good.

The play was sort of depressing and sad and the ending didn't resolve its bad vibes.

Actors all fantastic. Fabulous preview, with no mistakes that I could tell. Play a little disappointing, not because of the famous Mamet snappy exchanges; but because it... continued

Clever and insightful -- like all Mamet, goes where angels fear to tread, including both sides of racism: bigotry AND political correctness.

If it comes around again and you get a chance -- SEE IT!

Very entertaining, plan for an after-play drink or entertainment, since it goes by quickly at 90 minutes!

Excellent theatre. Gripping from first moment to last. Cannot agree with all points of view presented, as they were so many to choose from. Really enjoyed the evening. Glad it was 90 minutes as dislike intermissions.
