Fabulous!! Acting, singing, orchestra, costumes, sets and the theater itself could not have been better! My whole family loved this production! Highly recommended if you are looking for a wonderful night at the theater!

Fair production of great musical. Miscasting and poor direction doomed this production. The actor who protrayed Higgins was too old for the part and the actor who portrayed Eliza's father was a complete failure. Eliza was pretty good and...continued

Love the Fichlander Theatre. Loved seeing some familiar faces like Curly from Oklahoma as Freddy. The actor who played Alfred Doolittle was so poorly cast. He was just awful; rushed through lines, had a terrible accent, and detracted from an...continued

Loved the staging and most of the casting. The actor who played Eliza's father was not quite as charismatic or strong a singer as the other leads but it was a very engaging production.

Loved the principals, but felt the whole production was too long (too much dancing). Accents were very difficult to understand. If we hadn't known the story and the music with lyrics, we never would have followed it. Costuming for the street...continued

My mother and I treated the two grandaughters, age 9 and 12 to see this beautiful musical. This was the first play my mother saw at the National Theatre in the late 50's when she initally arrived to this area. We thoroughly enjoyed the actors,...continued

The performance was SUPERB - what a lovely time I had! Have seen the musical several times being more than 70 yrs. old - incl. on Broadway with Rex Harrison as Prof. Higgins. This 'Lady' is staged differently from Broadway in many ways incl....continued

Thoroughly enjoyed the performance. One of my favorite musicals. Strong cast, great orchestra and not a bad seat in the house.

We bought these tickets for a family outing with our grown children and their spouse/boyfriend. It was a perfect event to go to as a family. I had read the review in the Washington Post and after seeing the production, we did not agree with the...continued

We really enjoyed the play. The vocals & orchestra were wonderful. It would have been nice to see/feel a little romantic tension between the Professor and Eliza. My kids hadn't seen it before and they couldn't figure why Eliza would go back to the...continued

Agreed with The Washington Post. Boring production with sensational voices. Alfred P. Doolittle was terribly weak. All his songs should have total command of the theater. Disappointing.

All of us enjoyed the show very much. It is "Broadway" quality. We've never been disappointed at the Arena Stage!
