You can take Bart to 12th St. Station, exit 11th & Broadway. Walk down Broadway about 15 minutes to Jack London Square. If driving, there is some unmetered 4 hour street parking around 3rd and Jefferson Sts. Otherwise, there are parking garages in the area with a validated rate.

Park in the Jack London Square underground lot. It's not worth it to hunt for street parking and move your car part way through. The tasting places will validate if you ask and for 5 hours it was less than $10.
