Every seat is a good seat as it is a small place.

Parking is right outside the theater. Open seating -- doors open a half hour before the show. Arrive early, have a glass of wine (or beer, hot coco, coffee, etc) and see the pre-show (10 minutes before showtime). Pre-show is sing-a-long caroling (lyrics provided).

The weather was chilly. I wore sweater and a coat.

This is a very small theater and the seats are hotel-style ballroom chairs on risers. The padding on the chair seats was virtually nonexistant, at least mine was very uncomfortable. I wadded up my coat and sat on it during Act II. The risers handrails are a bit rickety, so take care if you go to the upper levels.
