It was a huge waste of money and time. First you stand in line for 2 hours, all the sculptures are made of plastic, there may be Ice inside them but the sculptures themeselves are plastic. I felt like we were lied to.

Great Family Fun! Also, great for all ages and all individuals. There are food and drinks available, arts and crafts for sale, and of course Santa Clause. You also get to go on the Queen Mary on your own self guided tour. A lot of fun for the...continued

I loved it. The ice sculptures were amazing. It's only 12° inside where the sculptures are, but they do hand nice, big, warm parkas wear while inside, so you don't really need to bulk up your clothing (unless maybe you are going ice skating)....continued

The actual Chill was amazing. It was fascinating to see all the ice sculptures. However, it was cold as Alaska in there. The only bad part was that we couldn't go tubing because it was sold out for the day. It was worth the price I paid. Not sure...continued

Upon entering it was cute... but once you find out there are additional fees for some of the stuff to see it seemed crazy expensive. Even at less than HALF capacity there were long lines for the Ice Tubing, and the slides within The Ice Kingdom. ...continued

We were so impressed when we walked through the door. A feast for the eyes of crystal and sparkles and beautiful color. The sculptures are beyond amazing. I went down the slide twice, and what fun! I won't give away anymore details, but this is a...continued

Chill was a fascinating exhibition of an art that is not appreciated or well-known. We see carved ice on cruises and perhaps at social functions but to see these sculptures that are life-like in various sizes, shapes and colors make you...continued

Fun for all ages - would've liked the ice kingdom to be bigger, but I understand they can only build so much ice - very incredible to see the details of it, up close - dress warm!

I'm just really glad I didn't pay full price for these tickets. I had been to a similar ice thing in Dallas before, and it was HUGE. Chill at the Queen Mary seemed less "chill" and more "fair". To get to the entrance, you had to walk all around...continued

It was fun and beautiful. I would really recommend gloves. This place has much more to offer for children and I would not have paid full price to attend. They also charge for everything: skating, tubing and gingerbread houses, be prepared. Other...continued

The worst event ever! The general admission let's you see a few cheesy ice sculptures. You have to wait a minimum of 1 hour to see them. There are 2 mini slides next to the sculptures and it takes at least another 20 minutes for kids to get in...continued

An amazing exhibit/display of ice sculptures! Not to miss! It's 12 degrees inside so be sure to dress warm. They give you a warm coat as you go in; but gloves, hat, and scarf will add to your comfort and enjoyment. Also, be sure to visit the...continued

Beautiful and truly impressive. Many sculptures including the Queen Mary herself. DRESS WARM!!! They will give you a long parka to wear. Don't argue with them...just put it on! Even if you wore your own parka...put the provided coat ON! It...continued

could have gotten a better deal if I had gone to the Queen Marry to get tics. They included the slide all day.
