I thoroughly enjoyed the Pianist. Program was just long enough and I was held captivated by the piano playing (in addition to the story)

Superbly performed, in a perfect venue, "The Pianist" is a beautiful and moving story.

The obstructed view in AA row of the balcony diminished the experience. Had to sit/bend forward to see anything downstage. Although the theatre offered pillows to help raise the seat, they were insufficient to solve the problem.

The Pianist was probably the best play I have seen in Chicago all season. Everyone go see it.

I lack the vocabulary to express my feelings about this experience - Mona Golabek was extraordinary as her mother, so inspirational and moving - cannot rave enough! Regarding the five star rating below, "fun' does not apply...given the subject matter

It was the best show we have seen in years. An hour and forty minutes went by in a heartbeat. Mona Golabek has talent both as a pianist, and as an actress. It was a heartwarming experience.

It's a miracle she was able to become a concert pianist, a miracle her daughter was able to do the same, and a miracle her daughter can give her performance night after night.

One of the most remarkable shows we have ever seen. It is extremely emotional, beautifully performed by an excellent pianist and actress. Must go and see.

Our seats were very good and we loved the play. Parking was easy. It was surprising that the theater wasn't full. The only thing was that we paid $23 dollars per ticket and on the ticket the price was listed as $22. Not much of a bargain!

Outstanding! Mona Golabek was wonderful and completely transfixed the audience as she became her mother. The Hershey Felder influence was evident and the production displayed all of his special touches. Thank you Mona. Thank you Hershey.
