If you think the classics are too high-brow for you, the Troubies may be just what you're looking for. Mashing up Shakespeare with the Bee Gees makes it all very approachable and lots of fun. The actors are all skillful comedians and the band...continued

This group was awesome. They seem to have a perfect blend of rehearsed material with crazy funny tangents come in at odd times. I am a new fan of the Troubies.

I had every intention of enjoying this musical, but I disliked it much more than I care to say.

This is one of THE funniest shows I have ever seen. I do not understand Shakespear but what was really nice was that you didn't have to. I would ABSOLUTELY go again

Fun mashup of Shakespeare and Disco. They did a nice of making these worlds collide -- if you're up for a little whimsy. Music was nicely done, the play was recognizable, and it was a fun way to show kids some Shakespeare. Great theatre, too --...continued

I love The Troubies and see all of their shows. I saw A Midsummer Saturday Night's Fever Dream in both Burbank and La Mirada. I enjoyed it more at the Falcoln which seems much more intimate and easier for The Troubies to interact with the audience.

This was our 12th Troubie show and as always it was terrific. Matt Walker and Beth Kennedy do an amazing job putting it all together. The whole cast was brilliant. Can't really say enough good things about them. We brought 4 newbie's to the...continued

It was a fun night out. Never a dull moment. Not as high quality as most La Mirada productions but I would still recommend anyone seeing the "Troubie". I plan to go back next year to see them again when they bring a new show to the La Mirada...continued

Exciting, surprising, fun - a show with a twist - lots of improv. What a good-feel, good-time experience.

This was my first "Troubie" experience & I would highly recommend the show. Definitely not "G" rated stuff, so probably not best for families. Now I'm sad that I missed "Fleetwood Macbeth" last year + am looking forward to next year's production!

Great combination of Sat. Night Fever and MIdsummer's Night Dream--blending of modern day speak and Shakespeare, fun music, great humor. Only word of caution, was in the second half it got a bit raunchy--picking noses and having someone else eat...continued

The Troubies always provide a great night out and this production is no exception. Some of the funniest moments occur when something goes wrong... like a performer flubbing their lines like The Duke did Saturday night... and whatever you do......continued

This was divinely, insanely funny and a perfectly executed. One moment the talented cast is performing choreographed dance routines, another a wonderful singer is belting something out, and mostly its insanely funny with scripted and "improv"...continued
