Orchestra is NOT the enter from street level, you have to go down two flights. Mezzanne is street level.

The weather was warm. I wore slack set. Have noticed New York audiences, especially at matinees, dress in all styles- jeans, suits, sandals, sneakers. They dress up more in the evening, but you still see the casually dressed theater-goer..

There are many restaurants in the theater district- all kinds of food and price range. Just read the menu outside and make your decision. There are lots of chain restaurants- with higher prices than you may be accustomed to- but you are in the city- be adventurous, try something unique.
