My wife and I took our 9 year old granddaughter for the 1st time in about 5 years. We got there as it opened and I am glad we did since, by the time we left at 3:00, the park was the most crowded we had ever seen it. All parking lots were full...continued

Excellent. All shows were exceptional. I especially recommend the Arnold and Stewart knifethrowing show, which is a Faire staple and always satisfying. The Bret Blackshear show, a mix of comedy and magic, was incredibly good. At one point in...continued

everyone as usual, very polite; very experienced in the medieval "TALK"; costumes excellent ; more dressed than usual;
maps could have been better to direct people; more than enough food stands; needed more sit-down areas to eat, rather than...continued

Nice location and idea.
Everything is expensive, from the goods (hats, swords, bows, crowns, ...) to the ice cream.
Shows are not really interesting.
Nice if you have a hundred bucks spare other than the entry fee.

Good for a one-day outing. Get the $1 "souvenir" program (really just a standard program with ads) or d/l the PDF program from their website ahead of time... it's helpful to plan which shows you want to watch in advance since all the good seats...continued

I loved this event! Will definitely go again. The only down side was that you had to pay for EVERYTHING once inside, from food to water to any activity. The ticket is ONLY for admission. We had bought 2 bottles of water and asked the coffee shop...continued

Like going to Comic Con, but less expensive, in beautiful weather outdoors, and there are things to enjoy for free or very cheap. Good way to spend an afternoon, but not a full day.

Lots of fun. Plenty of people in costume (and in character). Food and drink, song, interesting shops, shows. Great for family or date. Note shops take plastic but food vendors require cash.

We had a blast. While parking was crazy, there was a shuttle that made it a much easier trip. Ticket pick up was easy and once inside we had an amazing time. Tons of shows, activities and bazaars.

I went with my two boys (6 years and 2.5 years). They had a lot of fun especially the knife throwing show. My husband enjoyed it very much. There are parking lots and shuttle buses from the lots to the gate. There is free handicapped parking and...continued

it was as if an arts and crafts fair traveled back in time. it was always something to see or do and nine hours wasnt nearly enough time to explore the entire fair grounds.

The Renaissance Faire was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We were planning to spend there a couple of hours and we wound up spending the entire day. Fantastic entertainment for children and adults alike. Lots of walking (wear comfortable shoes).

Too crowded, knife throwing more talk than action, Magicman what I saw was good, ded bob would have left except grand daughter was enjoying it even though humor was over her head. Couldn't get near joust. Some interesting food. Kids enjoyed some...continued
