The American Stones were great. Lead singer was very convincing and he is talented on several instruments. We enjoyed dancing to the Stones music. We have come to the Canyon before to dance to the Boogie Nights and we did enjoy the dancing. However, did not appreciate the foul language the lead singer used and left earlier than planned. Loved the music but not the "F" word in between songs.

The event was good. The Hollywood Stones band was a great cover band and my husband and I had a lot of fun and even danced to several numbers. Boogie Knights was excellent with a lot of energy and a good crowd. My only suggestion for improvement is to have Boogie Knights come on earlier, unfortunately, we had to leave at midnight due to babysitting arrrangements. It was a late evening and I would have liked to have stayed later. The Canyon Club was a nice venue, clean, smoke-free. Dinner was also good, our waitress could have been in a better mood but she didn't spoil what turned out to be a fabulous evening!

The opening act was Taylor Made (they were great if you like James Taylor music!!) and we were looking forward to seeing Boogie Knights. After a 45 minute intermission it was finally time for the opening act and then an announcement was made for everyone under 21 to leave the club. We had a minor child in our party. The website said that minors were allowed but had to remain at a table. We were seated at a table but still had to leave. It was a bit of a disappointment to not be able to see Boogie Knights.

The band was great! They played all of the 70s faves, were entertaining and just flat out fun! The club was expensive and nothing to be crazy about, but if you round up a group of friends and your goal is to have fun and dance all night, then make a 'theme' night and this will definitely be a winner! You can always hop to some of the clubs nearby within minutes if you get tired of the place early.

I did not realize that Bella Donna would be performing first. Although I like Stevie Nicks, I am not a die hard fan and was a bit bored for the one hour I attended. I was hoping to hear Boogie Knights, but left early because of work the next day.

Bella Donna was just okay...but Boogie Nights was great. Yes they did do lots of sexual movements but come on....it was afterall an adult "70's" night out. Will go back to see them again on 07/03/2009. This was my first time using GoldStar and it was a great experience.

Bella Donna was pretty good. Boogie Nights was horrible. They didnt come on stage until almost 11pm. They are sloppy, unprofessional, and make very vulgar, sexual comments. Their music is unpolished and the songs dont sound like the originals at all. We left early cause we were discouraged.
