Ihave seen Dennis before, i really enjoy his music.as the co-founder and frontman of Styx, he was always impressive as a vocalist, keyboardist and showman and last night Dennis was all of the above, it still amazes me that after 35 years as a styx fan, this guy can sound as great as he did in the 70's. plus when you see him live, hearing all of his hits, it reminds you that he is one of the great rock songwriters and performers, if you get a chance to see the show, it is well worth the time spent.
ON a side note, guitarists August Zadra and Craig Carter were excellent and great showman. august did the Tommy parts and they were right on the money!!!

Dennis rocked! I have seen him several times 1984-2011 and he has never failed to give the audience a great show! His current show features Styx songs exclusively (well, Desert Moon being the only non-Styx tune...) and Dennis and his band of sharp players brought this music to life! They captured the best of what made Styx great: classic arrangements, spot-on vocals with Dennis' sense of showmanship and of course, his amazing lead vocals! August, who covered Tommy, really owned the role! Great show!

Setlist: Grand Illusion, Lady, Blue Collar Man, Show Me The Way, Mr. Roboto, Desert Moon, Don't Let It End (acoustic), Too Much Time On My Hands, Rockin' The Paradise, Babe, Foolin' Yourself, Suite Madame Blue, The Best Of Times, Renegade, Come Sail Away

The entire show and experience was wonderful from the opening act of Lights to the magical performance of Dennis DeYoung. His voice is still spectacular and he puts on a great show with a great sense of humor and style!! I would recommend this highly especially if you are a Styx fan as he was the heart and soul of that music. His guitar player who does the Tommy Shaw role in the band is also great and talented. OK maybe not Tommy but still very very good!
