The bands were great. The items for auction, not so much. But I think that it would all have been so much better with some more advertising. I don't listen to Mark & Brian so I didn't hear about it from their station. And it was for SUCH a good cause. It could have used more attendees.Written on Oct 19 2011

About DSB and Queen Nation:
Aptly named after probably the most popular Journey song to date, DSB have assembled a band of great Los Angeles musicians who are all fans of Journey's music. DSB is committed to staying true to Journey's legacy while bringing a fresh pulse to the heart of the songs. The artists are no strangers to performing in front of large crowds, having filled popular LA and OC venues to capacity with fans singing along and cheering the great hits of Journey. Once the band hits the stage, you will be amazed by the sound that explodes vintage Journey of yesterday.
Queen Nation, a tribute to Queen, was formed in 2004. Queen Nation's production of Queen's greatest hits preserves the image, sound, and stage persona of vintage Queen. The mission of the show is to carry on the musical torch and pay homage to the golden age of Queen concerts. Audiences are amazed at the accuracy of Queen Nation's live retrospective journey through such Queen songs as "We Will Rock You", "Bohemian Rhapsody", "We Are The Champion", "Crazy Little Thing Called Love", "You're My Best Friend", "Another One Bites The Dust", "Under Pressure" and many more.
