Ranchera Legend Lorenzo de Monteclaro at the House of Blues
COMP - $7.00*
After appearing in almost 50 films and more than 90 albums, Lorenzo de Monteclaro, the world-famous norteño singer, will hit the stage of the House of Blues in Anaheim. One of the premier interpreters of Mexican ranchera music, de Monteclaro has been performing since the late '50s, building a mythic reputation on both sides of the border. His smooth-as-silk tenor has graced some of the best songs in norteño and conjunto music, from his first hit "El Caminante" to his signature song "El Ausente." Still recording, experimenting and performing for his legions of fans, this native of the Mexican state of Durango currently tours with his youngest son -- the drummer Ricardo de Monteclaro -- playing in the band.

Parking is a nightmare and all routes lead to the exit. We had to go around 3 times before we could get to an area with available spots. Wear comfy walking shoes. Very few disabled parking spots, which hurt me because I have a foot injury :/. Only good thing was, because the show got out so late the exit gates were open and nobody had to pay for parking :).The Atomic Punks: A Tribute to Early Van Halen info • Sep 16 2014 star this tip starred
