One of Rolling Stone's Greatest Guitarists of All Time, Johnny Winter recently passed away. Now, his brother, Edgar Winter, and an all-star lineup of 1960s blues-rock pioneers assemble to pay tribute to Johnny at the Rock 'N' Blues Fest. Get ready for blazing guitar work and electric grooves on jukebox hits like "Johnny B. Goode," "Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo," "Hustled Down in Texas," "Free Ride," "Frankenstein," "You Keep Me Hangin' On," "Get Ready," "Train to Nowhere" and many more as the Edgar Winter Band, Vanilla Fudge, Rare Earth's Peter Rivera and Savoy Brown's Kim Simmonds hit the stage with a night of their greatest hits, plus renditions of Johnny Winter's most famous tunes. The Grove is a challenging space to play in, and seating is uncomfortable since dinner tables are set up so that you end up sitting perpendicular to the stage. Certainly you can move your chair, but if it's a full house, it is hard to maneuver so that you are not blocking people.Shawn Colvin & Steve Earle: Songs & Stories, Together On Stage info • Jul 14 2014 star this tip starred

3rd time I have seen Lucha Vavoom and loved it! I was skeptical about seeing at the Grove but it was not that bad! You get a much better view at the Mayan though. But all in all it was fun as always and my girlfriend loved it. She had no idea what to expect!
The minis were hiliarous and so were the Cholo and Dirty Sanchez! Highlight was Cassandro, He is so daaaaaaaaaam funny looking but he/she can wrestle!!!

Mexican masked wrestling and burlesque show Lucha VaVoom will return to the Grove of Anaheim. Southern California, prepare for a night of violence, sex, spandex and Spanish.
Lucha: Mexican wrestling. It is acrobatic, it is theatrical, it is Los Crazy Chickens and The Chupacabra and it is absolutely outrageous. Come see girls, midgets, drag queens, wrestlers dressed as chickens and lizards and more riotous personalities competing for the wrestling champ title. Watch as they twist off the ropes and tackle one another, slamming into the sweat-slicked mat with mighty crashes. See what happens when Wrestler Dirty Sanchez gives his opponent a piece of his mind…or a piece of something else!
VaVoom: True burlesque. Lace, fur, props and voluptuous women galore! Audiences will be treated to trapeze artists, hula hoop dancers and sensual, titillating performances from women with gyrating hips and swinging tassels.
Pick up tickets to Lucha VaVoom and get ready to leave your inhibitions at home. It’s going to be one wild and crazy night at the Grove!
