The Grove is a challenging space to play in, and seating is uncomfortable since dinner tables are set up so that you end up sitting perpendicular to the stage. Certainly you can move your chair, but if it's a full house, it is hard to maneuver so that you are not blocking people.Shawn Colvin & Steve Earle: Songs & Stories, Together On Stage info • Jul 14 2014 star this tip starred

Don't Stop Believin was the best Journey tribute band that I've ever seen. The handsome lead singer sounded very much like Steve Perry. The band was great but the lead guitarist hammed it up and made it fun. At one point I felt like I was at the Journey concert that I went to in 1981. Queen Nation was great too. They actually dressed up to look like Queen and did a fantastic job with thier music. As always, The Grove was a nice venue, small enought for all seats to be good. Alchohol was not overpriced like it is at most venues. Parking was $10 which was as much as the tickets cost but the parking is walking distance from a few good places to eat so we didnt mind.

Don't Stop Believin was GREAT... The lead singer sounded like Steve Perry.
Queen Nation in costume was fun to watch and their band was just as good.
It was our first visit to the Grove and we were all very impressed. An enjoyable evening!
Queen Nation is an amazing look- and sound-alike tribute to one of rock’s greatest show bands: Queen. Queen Nation’s live 90-minute production of Queen’s greatest hits preserves the image, sound, and stage persona of vintage Queen. Audiences are amazed at the accuracy of Queen Nation’s live retrospective journey through such Queen songs as We Will Rock You, Bohemian Rhapsody, We Are The Champions, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, You’re My Best Friend, Another One Bites The Dust, Under Pressure and many more.
Don’t Stop Believin’: The Premier Tribute to Journey features the former voice of “Lights,” Juan del Castillo, along with Jeff Vincent, founder and former keyboardist of “Lights.” The artists have joined together to form a new Journey tribute band, aptly named after the most popular Journey song to date. DSB is committed to staying true to Journey’s legacy while bringing a fresh pulse to the heart of their show. Once the band hits the stage and Juan starts singing, you will be amazed by their sound. Experience this awesome tribute to one of the truly great bands in rock and roll.
