Rock Icon Ted Nugent Brings Shutup&Jam! Tour to Anaheim
The Motor City Madman, "patient zero" of Cat Scratch Fever, the inimitable Ted Nugent brings his Shutup&Jam! tour to City National Grove of Anaheim. In a career spanning five decades of multi-platinum hits and more than 40 million albums sold, Nugent has chiseled out a niche in the rock 'n' roll pantheon as the ultimate guitar-shredding showman. This diehard Detroit native has amassed a slew of hit singles including "Stranglehold," "Free For All" and the anthemic "Cat Scratch Fever." An outspoken gun advocate, avid hunter and occasional pundit, Ted Nugent is a truly larger-than-life rock star who knows how to entertain a crowd. Now he joins forces with Greg Smith on bass, Wild Mick Brown on drums, Derek St. Holmes on vocals and rhythm guitar for a ferocious live show with special guest Pistol Day Parade.

The Grove is a challenging space to play in, and seating is uncomfortable since dinner tables are set up so that you end up sitting perpendicular to the stage. Certainly you can move your chair, but if it's a full house, it is hard to maneuver so that you are not blocking people.Shawn Colvin & Steve Earle: Songs & Stories, Together On Stage info • Jul 14 2014 star this tip starred
