Members Who Went Said:I really liked this tour. Mark was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. This is a REAL walking tour, so make sure you are up for a 3 hour trek with comfy shoes. The information was very useful and I learned so much. The stable was a special treat as I don't think the general public would even know this exists. Great tour for the price and it should be on any DC resident or visitor's to do list.
Marianne Harding Terrific experience with a great guide. A bargain!! Visiting the horses at the Fort Myer stables was a nice counterpoint to the contemplative spirit that a trip to Arlington NC always inspires. Wear comfortable walking shoes (be prepared to walk, BTW) and bring water.
CS It was an excellent tour. Mark is very knowledgeable and engaging. I highly recommend this tour. Thanks for the great deal! |
