Two familiar faces square off in the heated NL East race when the New York Mets visit Turner Field to take on the Atlanta Braves. The Braves are fighting hard to catch the Nationals, powered by the bats of sluggers Justin Upton, Freddie Freeman and Jason Heyward. The Mets' offense is led by a powerful infield with All-Star third baseman David Wright, second baseman Daniel Murphy and first basemen Eric Campbell, with veteran Bartolo Colon providing big support on the pitching side. There's no better place to be on the weekend than the ballpark. Learn More

I had a very entertaining and spiritually uplifting time at the Braves' post-game Newsboys concert. They hand an awesome stage presence and their performance was top notch. Michael Tait is the lead vocalist and front man. He sang well and gave an overall good performance. He interacted well with the audience. Their drummer and percussionist Duncan Phillips definitely enjoys what he is doing, and it came across well. Let's not forget keyboardist and bassist Jeff Frankenstein and guitarist Jody Davis. Jody did an especially good solo at one point. The Newsboys performed several songs from their latest CD, "Restart". The music and lyrics are great. I love the themes expressed on each song. If you like good contemporary gospel with a rock edge and good soulful vocals, you will like this CD. The gospel message comes across clearly in each song.
