A wildly goofy, deliberately obnoxious stand-up comedian, Pauly Shore shot to fame as an MTV VJ. He later moved his established "weasel" persona (best known for the phrase: "Hey bud-dy!") into feature films, including Encino Man, In the Army Now and Bio-Dome. More recently, Shore has starred in the semi-autobiographical mockumentary Pauly Shore Is Dead, and the reality TV show Minding the Store. Born to a comedy family -- his dad is comedian Sammy Shore and his mom runs Los Angeles' legendary Comedy Store -- Shore has headlined comedy venues around the world. I am also used to seeing Rob Schneider on the big screen, so I was excited to see him live but I ended up being disappointed by his performance as majority of his jokes were about politics and current events and they were not even funny and for god’s sake my boy friend fell asleep at the table, what is up with that?. So I will save him for the big/little screen, although I have to say there was a guy in the audience that was really funny.Written on May 10 2010

I'm used to seeing Rob Schneider on the big screen, so it was pretty cool to see him live 50 yards away from our seats. He seemed very easy going and funny, but also surprisingly.. intelligent? Yeah, he had a lot to say about politics and the world around us. He didn't just perform but he also interacted with the audience. We left happy!Written on May 10 2010

Knowing this was Rob Schneider, I had kind of high expectations - not quite Robin Williams, but funnier than the average comedian....Written on May 10 2010
Instead he was about as funny as the average comedian & went off into serious agenda items at times that I found a distraction.
He's funny - but not funny enough for me to see again...
