Description

Dubbed “the Crown Prince of contemporary kids’ music” by People magazine, Dan Zanes is the former lead singer and songwriter for the famed Del Fuegos. But these days, he and his band perform lively, handmade music for enthusiastic crowds of kids and “kid sympathizers.” Filled with irresistible grooves drawn from a wealth of musical traditions, Zanes, his Grammy-winning group, and his surprising and eclectic special guests, create a rollicking “Woodstock for Kids,” including rousing American traditional songs, dance classics, and smart, inventive originals.
