Description

Continental Divide: A Two-Play Cycle about the Governor's Race in a Certain Western State

See a British view of our current political system by internationally acclaimed playwright David Edgar (Pentecost, The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby) who turns his attention to American politics examining both sides of a gubernatorial campaign in certain western state.

These two plays can be seen in either order and explore what has happened to the revolutionary fervor that took hold of the Right and the Left in the 1960s, and how it affects politics today. You'll want to see them both.
