It is great to see new local playwrights who have developed work for a particular theatre space. Gary Graves used the modest, but elegant room at Julia Morgan's City Club, its many doors, and the lushness of the four-person ensemble — their bodies and energy — to create a night of theatre worthy of off-Broadway. Thank you Mr. Graves and for that matter — all Bay Area theatres: the Marsh, Aurora, Shotgun, and too many to mention — for bringing a new fresh theatre seen to the Bay. It is an incredible time in the Bay Area for theatre. This work is not to be missed.

“I didn’t know where I was going.  It didn’t matter. I just wanted to be out there.  I wanted to be lost.  Never to come back.  Lost in the night, lost in the woods. Never, ever, ever to return.  It was a dream…”
