An amazing testament to the ability of the human body to contort and suspend itself in unlikely shapes and heights. The acrobats reminded me of early Cirque du Soleil shows (before they became gimmicky): talented artists showing off the power and beauty of the human body and stretching the limits of the imagination to new heights of wonder. I was awed by the bravery, inventiveness, and creativity employed by the artists. I couldn't help but marvel at the discipline and trust these acrobats possess -- in their own abilities and that of their peers (to catch them in mid-air / twist, on their shoulders). This show was a dazzling feat of beauty, sweat, and hard work. A joy to watch and ponder.

This event was so much fun. It's great for kids. We took my 9 year old step daughter and she was enthralled. Go early to pick up your tickets at will call, the line gets really long. We came an hour and a half early which was perfect because there was no line and we got to hang out on Telegraph and grab a bite to eat before the show.

This was the best stage show I've seen in my 72 years. The individual skills, grace, costumes, music and props all combined with the imaginative
choreograpy to keep my wife and I entertained from curtain up to the last bows by the cast. If they returned next week with a new show I would stand in line for tickets. Richard Cowden, Tiburon

The acrobats are certainly talented, however there's definitely a disturbing communist undertone in the show. Having scene many Cirque du Soleil shows, this ones leaves a lot to be desired. The bicycle scene is certainly unique, however, and is worth seeing just for that. At one point there are about 15 people on 1 bicycle!

A truly great show...good for all ages. The troupe did a spectacular job, both in the types of acrobatics and the number of performers. Some scenes featured only one star, others featured a score of performers all cooperating splendidly to give us a good example of how precisely they cooperated to make it happen. My twelve-year old grandson wasn't sure he would enjoy it; he found it "awesome."

The National Acrobats of China are a troupe of incredibly talented and entertaining people. From the moment the show started, we couldn't take our eyes off the stage for a second. The fast-paced show was incredibly entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, which seemed to end too quickly, although the show was almost two hours.
The venue was perfect for this show; I doubt there was a bad seat in the house. The concessions were also very organized in that we could "pre-order" snacks for intermission and they were waiting for us. (More venues should adopt this practice, in my opinion.) The venue's WILL CALL was extremely organized. Although the line seemed long when we arrived, it moved with great speed and I had our tickets within 60 seconds (or less) of arriving at the window.
We happened to find great parking, essentially just across the street from Zellerbach Hall, on Durant between Dana and Telegraph, with easy access along Sather Lane.

How many times can you say "WOW"? (I lost count after a couple of dozen times.) An amazing feat... for what "humans" are capable of doing.
