I was very disappointed. Not so much in Paul Mooney, but the rest of the programming leading up to him. It was supposed to start at 10:00 and we were not seated until 10:40. We then had to endure almost an hour of performances by local comedians who: 1) did not seem prepared with material; 2) were not funny; and 3) appeared disorganized. The MC was terrible (and also not funny) and had to bleed time waiting for Mooney to be ready to appear. Mooney did not come on stage until 11:30 -- one and a half hours later than scheduled -- and the first ten minutes of his performance were flat. We left. Also, there was no notice about a two drink minimum -- which would have been OK if they were drinks you would want to buy -- but could only by mixed drinks of "Potters Whiskey" and other no-name brands I would not have purchased even in college. The venue has a lot of potential -- but it remains unrealized.
