The only reason I didn't "hate" this event is because the performance part of the evening was ok and the actors did the best they could with the resources they had. I can tell you that in grade school we did a production of the Wiz that was...continued

Very amateur performance with singers doing voice overs of original Wiz score. Food was marginal and deserts were next to awful and overpriced at $4.50 per slice. The hideous champagne was Andre brand and so sweet it was like sugar water.
