The Happy Together Tour hits the road every year once the sun comes out to celebrate the music of the '60s with fans across America. This year's tour is headlined by tour creators The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie, who will be joined by Chuck Negron (formerly of Three Dog Night), Mark Farner (formerly of Grand Funk Railroad), Gary Lewis & The Playboys and Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels. The show will be jam-packed with hits, including favorites like "We're an American Band," "Devil With the Blue Dress," "Good Golly Miss Molly," "Joy to the World," "Happy Together" (or course) and many more. First off the Saban is one of my favorite venues. There's not a bad seat in the house. Second the "stinking rose" restaurant is walking distance from the venue so that's a double winner! Then add this show which was fantastic. The opening acts were quite good with a mixture of studio former members of Hiroshima and Chicago mixed with Ambrosia headlining. The band was over the top good. The people that went to hear the hits missed on how great these guys are as musicians. The music was TOP NOTCH. They tore the place down and the meet and great afterwards was a plus. Definitely will go back again to see them.
