Sold into slavery by his 11 jealous brothers, Joseph ends up in Egypt, where his good fortune once again saves the day and he is taken under the wing of the pharaoh -- who's acted in the hilariously flamboyant style of Elvis. This award-winning show boasts a score by the legendary composing team of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, and includes such memorable tunes as "Any Dream Will Do," "One More Angel," and "Close Every Door." This was a fun, lighthearted musical for all ages. We'd highly recommend it.

The show was good for community theater. Some of the performers were excellent like the pharaoh, Joseph, and some of the narrators. My children all enjoyed it and so did I......the orchestra was very good too!
I was not happy however with the speeches after the intermission. I felt like I was watching PBS and not at a show that I paid for........pleas for financial support should have been made before or after the show.......or preferably not at all. I showed my support with my tickets......would have been better if they asked for addresses and mailed their pleas.
