Huntington Theatre Company, in residence at Boston University, presents Before I Leave You in the Wimberly Theatre at the Calderwood Pavilion. In a blink, Emily's Harvard Square world begins to fall apart. Her husband Koji suddenly decides to embrace his Asian roots. Her friend Jeremy's work on his novel gets interrupted by a health scare and his sister Trish moving in. Although as has already been commented, the first act was somewhat slow, we generally enjoyed this play, perhaps because we are in the same age bracket and can identify with some of the characters. There were some very funny moments and the acting was good.Written on Nov 08 2011
