For nearly 50 years, Boston Ballet has been one of the world's leading dance companies, performing a repertoire of classical, neo-classical and contemporary works from some of today's finest choreographers. For their upcoming performance Play With Fire, they will be presenting a trio of contemporary works: Sharp Side of Dark features large-scale architectural sets and a haunting lighting design; Bella Figura is tangibly sensual in its adoration and reverence towards the human body and contains partial nudity; Rooster is a hugely popular work by a British choreographer set to eight classic Rolling Stones songs.
