it was a great class, the guy was really passionate about the Chocolate and you can tell from the get go how much he loves to tell you how to make great Truffles. i cannot wait to try at my house.

Dorian is very knowledgable and very opinionated about chocolate, and shares both with enthusiasm. Hot chocolate was delicious; fermented dried whole cacao beans were fascinating. Ganaches for truffles were made ahead or during the lecture, so...continued

We learned a lot about chocolate (which was more interesting than expected) and we got to "make" a lot of chocolate to take home...about 36 truffles or so. However, we were basically given all of the parts so we mostly just "put the truffles...continued
