The tour suggests parking at the museum but we actually parked for free in a parking lot right at the river (on the southbound side of Storrow). It's adjacent to a playground/wading pool and just behind the state police station that is next to the museum.

We did the first Tour, which starts at 9:00 and I recommend that on a Sunday. Little traffic to deal with and a relaxing drive around town. Our ConDUCKtor was fabulous and very funny.

Great tour of Boston. Our guide and driver Capt. SS was a little corney but gave me some interesting info on a number of landmarks in the city that I see everyday and never knew what they were.

The Duck Tour provided an enjoyable & entertaining tourist experience! I've been living in Boston for almost a year now and have explored the city on my own...this tour helped bring all the history and background to all the sites & landmarks...continued

Description

The tour is nonstop and lasts approximately 80 minutes. The water portion lasts approximately 20 minutes. While the vehicle does splash into the Charles River, you will not get wet. You may, however, get a light spray while on the river depending upon the direction and strength of the wind.
