We arrived at the event at 7pm. The food was gone and all seating and space was taken up on the 1st and 2nd. We had to go to the 4th floor and find a table; I understand that the bar was not staffed properly to accommodate the influx of people. Our party (6 people) also had to order appetizers since the food was gone before we arrived.

Honestly it was a huge waste of money. There was no free apps and there were not enough bartenders and waitresses. We waited FOREVER for any type of service. Also there were only three prizes and they were horrible as well. I feel really sorry for any one that paid full price for these tickets- it wasn't even worth the half price. This is definitely not the "greatest bar".

Extremely disappointing. Crowded, dirty, poor service. Goldstar should do a better job of screening events before offering them to members. It sucked. Not worth the price of admission, not to mention the cab ride & wasted time.
