After the Fall: Rarely Produced Classic by Arthur Miller from HumanArts Theater Company
- Full Price:
- $25.00
- Our Price:
- $12.50
Based on the playwright's life and considered one of Arthur Miller's most personal plays, After The Fall follows a man on his quest to make peace with his own history and with the tumultuous world around him. This experimental portrait of a man struggling with the choices he has made in his public and private life examines the personal, political and universal forces that collide when we "fall" from innocence. Following the death of his second wife, Quentin tries to move forward, but he must also relive childhood losses, failed marriages and the effects of the 1950s' Blacklist. This rarely produced classic is presented by the HumanArts Theater Company. Learn More
Goldstar Member Tips
-
DirtyMartiniGirl on What to Wear
We wore 80s prom dresses. Some had simple 80s attire or casual clothes. It's up to you.
-
DirtyMartiniGirl on Other
Get there on time, since it ends right at 10.
-
DirtyMartiniGirl on Where to Eat
No food, just drinks. Drinks were weak, so I stuck to beer.

The Awesome 80's Prom was great! I went with 4 of my friends and we had a blast! The music, the actors, the costumes (even those worn by people who went) fit the theme. I like how the actors interacted with you and kept in character the whole time no matter what you said to them. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something different to do.Written on Jul 20 2009

My girlfriends and I had a blast! We definitely dressed the part in 80s prom dresses, teased hair, etc, which made it so much more fun. I expected a lot more people to dress up. There were a lot of people in regular clothes, a bunch in simple 80s attire, but only 1 or 2 others in actual prom dresses. People thought we were part of the show. It was great!Written on Sep 28 2009
I highly recommend this, esp. for a girls night out! And I suggest searching through your closet or taking a trip to the garment district beforehand!

The Prom was so much fun! I went with my husband and another couple and we laughed the whole time. I loved the music and the chance to dance to it. The actors were excellent and really interacted with the audience in a fun way.Written on Jul 21 2009

A good time for $20 Goldstar price. I would have been disappointed if I had paid the $40 event price.Written on Jul 20 2009
