Trey McIntyre is one of the most sought-after choreographers today, creating works for American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet and many others, in addition to his own extraordinary dance company. Using classical ballet technique as a departure point to create exuberant dances that convey grace, passion and humor, McIntyre has been hailed by critics for his originality and his provocative pieces. This program features his company of nine exquisite dancers performing the Boston premieres of Blue Until June with music by Etta James and The Sweeter End with music by the Preservation Hall Band.
