Charo is an absolutely amazing entertainer. Beyond the fact that she is still stunningly beautiful with a better figure than ladies 1/2 her age, she is very funny, she dances, sings and plays guitar better than anyone else I have ever heard.Written on Oct 10 2011

Venue was intimate; not a bad seat in the house and the staff was friendly and helpful. I got lost on the way to the theater and called hoping to get at least hear recorded directions to the venue. A live person in the box office answered and guided me to the theater. Show was fun and entertaining. Charo's silly comedy was actually better than her singing. Her flamenco guitar performance was incredible! Band could have been a bit more lively - to match her engery and enthusiasm - and she really didn't need the piped in back-ground music. When Charo played the guitar she was amazing. Unfortunately the rest of show was not as amazing. The background music when she sang/lip synced was really loud, horns blaring (there were no horns in the band) and no back-up singers to be seen. It seemed strange considering it was a concert. Fortunately, we only paid the $20 Goldstar price which included sangria, appetizers and dessert. Free parking, great seats in a very small venue, very convenient.Written on Oct 10 2011
