The comedians were pretty funny, but the FOOD at the Improv leaves much to be desired. The menu is limited [I was hoping for steak] and although we tried the fries, the nachos, the flautas, the burger, the chicken sandwich, the chicken caesar salad and the chicken pasta - practically the entire menu, the quality was mediocre at best.

It was cool. The parking was ample and free but the food and drinks were pretty out of control. Message for the Brea Improv " You are not STAPLES CENTER so stop charging for food and drinks like you are." The comedy was great! Quinn Day i think was the name of the first guy & kyle dunnigan from Reno 911 also performed. Dunnigan was good but Day was a riot. laughed so hard during his routine. I will be back 4 sure. & yeah playboy bunny is pretty non-existant at this event & its less than 2 hours. Hope this helps.

I wasn't able to go but I gave the tix a 2 good friends of mine and they said the show was OOBERfunny! Although there were plamtaes there... they werent dressed up or anything... they were just part of the audience, like ordinary people. So I was told that was a bummer... i guess when you call a show "Playboy Comedy" you expect a lot more than just ordinary girls in the crowd... Overall, they asked me to give it 3 stars! THE SHOW WOULD BE OOBERFABULOUS IF IT HAD ACTUAL DRESSED UP PLAYMATES!!!!!

Description

Playboy Comedy is not your conventional comedy show... for six years it was an exclusive at The Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Now it is at the Brea Improv and hosts some of the hottest stand-up comedians and feature appearances by Playboy Playmates.

Beginning with a live 3-piece jazz band to set the mood, creators Cort McCown and Paul Hughes set the stage for a night of fun and laughter. The comedy is edgy and adult-oriented and features nationally known talents. Recent performers have included Jim Norton, Tommy Davidson, Harland Williams, Joel McHale, Bill Dwyer, Bryan Callen, Steve Byrne, Al Madrigal, John Caparulo, Sebastian, Robert Kelly, Daniel Tosh, Todd Glass, and Jon Reep. This is a show you will not forget.
