Orange County-based band Sibling Rivalry reunites for a concert at the OC Pavilion. Originally formed in the early '70s, the group comprises five members of the Harris family. They were a staple on the Southern California music scene for years, compared by some to the Jackson 5, though they never recorded an album.

American Cinematheque and the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles present a fascinating live presentation about the Lydecker Brothers (Theodore & Howard), who produced revolutionary special effects for nearly 400 movies and serials between the 1930s and 1950s. Historian and TV producer Jason Burks, together with Theodore Lydecker's son George, will introduce film clips and discuss the Brothers' legacy, as well as their historic house in Los Angeles.
