report as inappropriateI'm probably a little spoiled. I'm used to Cirque performances. That set aside I took my 2 year old Grandson and my daughter and it was a perfect adventure. The customer service was impeccable. My daughter called it a well oiled machine. It was the first time the toddler has been to any kind of theatrical experience. Since catching a glimpse of Pirates of the Caribbean he has been head over heels in love with 'the pirate girl' and has been trying to kidnap anyone who gets close by choke holding them. He was mesmerized and made it almost to the end before his attention span gave out.
I loved the performance of the brunette pirate girl, her acting and singing was the standout performance to me. I would have preferred better writing. If animated movies can appeal to kids yet not lose adults the pirates should be able to as well. There were some cute jokes but more of them would have kept my attention. It was however, not about me that day.
report as inappropriateEntertainment good. Food not so much. My 5 year old enjoyed the show, her kids meal of chicken nuggets, Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes was the tastiest (not the most nutritious) of all our meals. We were offered ham or chicken and chose chicken. We wished we had picked ham (It may have been better). The food tasted like hospital food with no flavor. Dessert was apple cobbler ala mode and very good. Service was good. I suggest going for the show, buy discount tix and eat beforehand.
report as inappropriateMe and my family had a wonderfull time, especially my 5 year old and my 13 year old. I din't think She (5yr) was not going to enjoy it as much as she did, now thay both want to celebrate their birthday at Pirate's Dinner Adventure. Hopully we get to go back in October.

Surrounding the lagoon is a six-sided showroom of six additional ships where the audience is seated.
