The weather was costumes are always welcome for suxh shows at oberon because the crowd becomes part of the entertainment. if you consider dancing, you will need to peel off some layers, stay by a handrail if you dont want to carry the layers youv'e peeled off.

It was everything I ever want from a Friday night at once - crazy, beautiful performance, amazing dancers, fantastic music and I got to dance and drink the whole time. Best night I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be going back!

It's an awesome eletronic dance performance party. WIG is high-energy and you can tell he loves spinning tunes and watching the audience enjoy his music and experience. I didn't stop dancing all night.

“This was the coolest blend of theatre, all types of music, dance, opera and creation of an atmosphere in a space that I have ever seen.” —Dig Boston

Choreography by Elizabeth McGuire

Directed by Marissa Rae Roberts

Produced by Colin Thurmond

AcousticaElectronica, the resident company of the American Repertory Theater’s club-theater space OBERON, presents some of the most innovative music from well-established and hot, up-and-coming producers and composers. Bach meets a dance club back-beat, Carmen’s habanera meets techno, and Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata blends with trance for a listening experience unlike anything you have ever heard before.

This ultimate dance party becomes an immersive experience for the audience. Dancers, symphonies, aerialists, operas, live musicians all happen around every inch of the space to keep the audience guessing at every turn. A classical world becomes the technicolor world of the dance club as the audience escapes from their real lives to experience a night of dream, abandon, and ecstasy.

Strobe lights are used at this performance.
