The disco-fueled interactive dance party known as The Donkey Show, loosely inspired by Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, puts you smack in the middle of the action as the funky lounge setting, featuring two full bars and a dance floor, also serves as the show's stage. The Diane Paulus-created wonderland was inspired by Studio 54 in its heyday when celebrities and art icons would mix and mingle with kids from Queens, and the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack would be shaking the speakers. While the audience drinks, dances to disco classics or just checks out the action, the motley crew of characters in this glammed-up, sexed-fueled version of Shakespeare's play re-enact the hilariously chaotic tale of a magic elixir that wreaks havoc at the nightclub.

This show was amazing! Super fun! The actors had such great energy and really interacted with the crowd. Can't wait to do this again!

A total blast,this was the second time going with a different group of people, and everyone had a great time and wants to go back, and you can't beat the Goldstar price

Love the Donkey show - really fun, interesting. It's cool to be able to dance on the floor with the show going on around you. All the cocaine references get a little tiring after a bit, but otherwise I've enjoyed this both times I've gone.
