I have used Goldstar for many years and have attended many games and enjoyed them. However I will never use Goldstar again after my horrible experience trying to attend the Galaxy vs Seattle playoff game.Written on Nov 08 2010
I arrived at will call 30 minutes before the game and waited with 200 other people over an hour and missed most of the first half. Goldstar needs to address the issue with picking up tickets. I would rather pay full price for the tickets then save 25 bucks and miss most of the game I wanted to see. Its too bad Goldstar used to be a great service.

The actual event was very good. The tickets were ok. they were a little off to the side but that was expected since they were half price. And there really isn't a bad seat at the Home Depot Center.Written on Nov 08 2010
I will definitely use GoldStar again but I would be very leery of going to Home Depot. The parking is awful if you aren't there 2 hours before. You have to park way over on the Cal State Campus for too much money and walk through dark patches between building to find your way. Since GoldStar only does Will Call - you end up having to walk around the ENTIRE stadium to get to Will Call. We got to the Will Call line about 15 mins before the game and the line was 1hr long. They were COMPLETELY unprepared for people picking up their tickets at the stadium. At this point I'm going to blame it on the Galaxy but if it happens again at another venue you know it is because of the GoldStar Will Call and you should plan on being at the Will Call window at least 1hr before start.
