Confined to her room as part of a "rest cure" for her postpartum depression, a woman descends into madness in this modernized adaptation of the classic feminist gothic story The Yellow Wallpaper. This Mill Theatre production brings an experimental, movement-based style to bear in capturing the protagonist's fragile mental state, combining classic storytelling with visual spectacle. Set in a time when men had complete control over women's mental and physical health, this nightmarish story remains as timely as ever. Learn More

Amusing, imaginative play with interesting cast of characters. The inclusion of audience was clever and the whole premise was out of left field - weird/funny- the way theatre/movies from the 1950s can be.My friend and I enjoyed the show, although the setting was a bit cramped.
