I thought it was really good writing - very funny and thought-provoking. Definitely worthwhile!

After reading the playbill later I realized the play had deeper implications but I was happy to enjoy it without that knowledge at the time!

Very interesting story about life, reflections on one's past life and if we have the power to change. Always enjoy the option for a discussion with other audience members after a Steppenwolf play.

Great actors, funny, well done. Maybe not as thought inspiring as hoped for but great way to spend an evening. Definitely recommended, especially at the great Goldstar price

I thought this play was great. It was done very cleverly, and was funny and thought provoking at the same time. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Steppenwolf ALWAYS has the best staging. It has been about 5 years since we've been regulars there due to several factors (cost, earlier curtain time, at least 1/5 plays just being... weird per season). I really enjoyed the Ruth Gordon-ness of...continued

Who says there aren't any new stories? This was an absolute gem - a deliciously contradictory plot that beautifully balanced, with fantastic acting and production values. A real treat!

Bruce Norris's A Parallelogram (Steppenwolf Theater)is a pretty good new play, though the rampant uncertainty in the "reality" of what is presented on stage (Is it actual time travel? Is it one person's delusion?) as a mirror image of the...continued

Very interesting play . . . could have done without the f's flying all over the place other than that was good writing and had many levels. Loved the set - very ingenious - like a pop up book. The acting was excellent and felt like you really...continued

The simplicity of A Parallelogram belies its philosophical roots. Entertaining, but eerie. Knowing what she knows, is Bee in control of her life? Would any of us be in her circumstances? My partner thought Bee seemed to be able to figure out her...continued

fascinating view of time; reminds me of the timeline of Albe's 3 Tall Women, but more engaging, as you can enjoy it without pondering whose who or when is when.

We stayed for the discussion afterwards, which was very enlightening. The understudy who played the part of Bee was excellent. We had a great meal before the play at the Landmark.

Very powerful, thought-provoking play on so many levels. The characters are realistic and discuss very profound topics. There is comic relief from one of the main characters that jokes about very complex topics and allows the play to run fluidly...continued
