Most widely known as Frank on the hit NBC sitcom 30 Rock, comedian Judah Friedlander's slacker persona makes for a hilarious juxtaposition with his razor-sharp wit. Instantly recognizable for his "World Champion" baseball cap, long curly hair and oversized glasses, Friedlander uses a lazy deadpan delivery to riff on why he's better than everyone else at just about anything. With his freeform style, he uses crowd interaction to make up jokes on the fly. Nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for his supporting role in American Splendor, Friedlander's also appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and published a karate book, How to Beat Up Anybody.
