Excellent cast. I'm glad to have been able to see it during its run.

There are many standout performances in this respectful staging of Miller's classic modern tragedy, among them JoAnn Montemurro's understated and elegant Linda Loman, Chuck Spencer's fast-talking and guilt-ridden Willy, and Jason Huysman's emotional, bang-on presentation of Biff. These are pros at the top of their game, and the result is a joy to behold -- not a false note anywhere (unless you think that Willy's line calling Bernard an "anemic" when the role is played by African American actor Kevin Hope might be better edited). I had the pleasure of watching Dustin Hoffman, John Malkovich, Kate Reid, and Stephen Lang on-stage at Chicago's Blackstone Theater in the early 80's and this cast brings much of the same fire to the Raven (no small feat).
