Information of where to begin tour was not correct; we were a short bike ride away from location where tour was to begin and told the tour would wait for, just pedal over.... When we got to correct location for tour beginning total chaos ruled and nobody knew anything about us being on our way or the tour waiting, which it hadn't. We were told we could take ourselves on the tour, just no tour guide or direction other than a fairly worthless map.
That said the bike ride was ok we just didn't know where we were once we turned off the lakefront bike path. Staff were nice just very disorganized. Afterwards they offered offered us a do over for another day free of charge but we did not have the time.
This ride is categorized as “moderate.” It lasts 3-4 hours.
