The instructor was upbeat, knowledgable and fun! This is a great class for an introduction to Go Go Dancing or just for a good time!

It was a lot of fun. The moves were great and I worked ever part of my body.

But, the studio was too small, no mirrors and very hot. It would have been great if we had more room to spread out and was able to see ourselves dance.

It was a small class so not very energetic. I learned a lot of dance steps, but it wasn't much of a workout. Most of the time was spent learning the dance steps vs. actually dancing. It would have also really helped to have a mirror in the room.

Go-go dancing provides an all-over workout -- arms, hips and thighs. It's a little bit of cabaret movement combined with groovy tunes and hip shaking and arm swirling. The routines and movements are not difficult, but it is high-impact aerobic exercise. A little bit of Latin dance is thrown in for maximum ab workout.

This is not just a sexy, body-confidence-boosting dance class. It's a real workout! Groovy, baby!
